The product

How do I use the patches?

Apply one patch under each eye on clean skin or right after your toner. Leave them on for 10 minutes, remove them, and gently pat in the essence that is left behind.

How often can I use them?

The manufacturer states they can be used day and night. If your skin is sensitive, or this is your first retinol product, start with two or three times a week and build up depending on how your skin responds.

Where can I put them?

They are designed for the under-eye area, but the manufacturer notes they can also be used on smile lines, the neck and the forehead.

What is in them?

The main actives are retinol, antioxidant berry extract, caffeine and Ultra Filling Spheres. The full ingredient list is printed on the jar.

Are they suitable for all skin types?

The base is a gentle hydrogel. As with any retinol product, if your skin is reactive it is worth introducing them gradually. If you have a specific skin condition, check with your dermatologist.

Any precautions with retinol?

Retinol makes skin more sensitive to sunlight, so use sunscreen during the day. Avoid direct contact with the eye. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor before using any retinol product.

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 6–9 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.
