Where is my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we send you an email with a tracking link. Check your inbox — and your spam folder, tracking emails often land there.

What the timings mean

• 1–2 business days: we prepare and dispatch your order.
• 6–9 business days: typical delivery time once it has shipped.

Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Still nothing?

If your tracking has not moved in more than 10 business days, write to CORREO with your order number and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
